I’m happy to report that the German translation is complete, preproduction is completed, and we have already started the manufacturing process! The factory has given me a timeline for printed components, molds and sourced components so here is our first project completion timeline:
Estimated Timeline:
- August 2025: Manufacturing started
- September 2025: Printed components completed, Production samples reviewed
- October 2025: Manufacturing completed
- November 2025: PAX Unplugged
- November 2025 – December 2025: Freight Shipping
- January 2026 – February 2026: Fulfillment
- March 2026: Project completed / Retail Release
Here’s a picture of our assembled preproduction copy with our custom dice and some of the deluxe acrylic damage components.
We have opted to switch the deluxe reputation tokens to wood for the sharper angles of a triangle (vs rounded corners) but more importantly to color match each faction’s cardboard pieces better. It’s also a bonus that they are slightly smaller than the acrylic for board real estate. The deluxe exploration tokens are really nice:
