If you have missing/broken components that detract from the experience of playing the game, please click on the appropriate form/website to request a replacement:

If your box is damaged in transit: Please contact the retailer from whom you made the purchase to replace the game or receive a partial refund. We don’t replace boxes. The one exception is if you order something directly from us (whether that’s through Kickstarter or our website). We require pictures for all damaged box requests and usually have to replace the entire game and box since extra boxes are not part of the components included in our replacement pieces from the factory. Please only submit box replacement requests if the damage is substantial and it negatively impacts your play experience. If you would like a partial refund for any box damage, you can specify that in the notes.

To replace or not to replace: It’s important to us that you get the full and best version of your game, but we ask for your compassion, patience and understanding during this process. If you provide pictures and/or are missing items needed to play the game, we will often send them out to you within a week no questions asked. We do process each request on a case by case basis as it comes in. Sending replacements is both time consuming and expensive. Missing one or two tokens for a game sometimes doesn’t affect the game at all. For example, in Brass Empire, 1 missing brass token isn’t going to impact the game.
