To replace or not to replace: It’s important to us that you get the full and best version of your game, but we ask for your compassion, patience and understanding during this process. If you provide pictures and/or are missing items needed to play the game, we will often send them out to you within a week no questions asked. We do process each request on a case by case basis as it comes in. Sending replacements is both time consuming and expensive, especially outside the USA. Missing one or two tokens for a game sometimes doesn’t affect the game at all. For example, in Brass Empire, 1 missing brass token isn’t going to impact the game.

If your box is damaged in transit: Please contact the retailer from whom you made the purchase to replace the game or receive a partial refund. We don’t replace boxes. The one exception is if you order something directly from us (whether that’s through Kickstarter or our website). We require pictures for all damaged box requests and usually have to replace the entire game and box. Please only submit box replacement requests if the damage is substantial and it negatively impacts your play experience. Popped corners, dents, and minor box damage do not affect playing the game and will not be considered. If you would like a partial refund for any box damage, you can specify that in the notes.
Purchased directly from Rock Manor Games or backed us on Kickstarter?
If you have missing or broken components that affect gameplay and purchased directly from us, you may request free replacements using the form below. Providing photos helps us process your request quickly — we typically ship within a couples weeks.
We review each request individually. If only a minor component is missing and it doesn’t affect gameplay, we may not be able to send a replacement, but we’ll always follow up with you.
Outside the USA? You may be asked to cover shipping. Paying for shipping helps us get your parts to you faster with a tracking number — we appreciate it.
