We’re currently in the heart of production! Most printed components have been reviewed and approved during preproduction, and we’re now working through the sourced components—custom dice, deluxe upgrades, game trays, and more.
We recently fine-tuned the colors on our painted wood faction pieces and just received samples of both the base game and cooperative box trays. Here’s a short factory video of the cooperative tray:
Quality Control in Action
The base game tray didn’t meet our standards on the first attempt. While factories often prioritize maximum packing efficiency, we’re focused on creating an optimal setup and gameplay experience. The factory made unauthorized changes to our design, swapping the tile storage for an additional shallow card well. We’ve provided feedback and are working with them to get it right.
This kind of back-and-forth is common and part of ensuring you receive a quality product that enhances your gaming experience.
Estimated Timeline:
Despite these minor quality control issues, we remain confident in our estimated delivery timeline. We’d rather take the time to get these details right than rush a subpar product to market. Thanks for your patience as we work through these final production details!
