We have opened up the HIVE pledge manager for this project. Invitation emails will start being sent in batches today and continue over the next 48 hours.
The Pledge Manager will close (soft-lock) at midnight on December 31st 2025.
Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to complete the pledge manager, but the TLDR version is:
- #1: Check your cart before completing your purchase
- #2: If something doesn’t look right, contact us BEFORE paying/completing the pledge manager.
HIVE has it’s own built in ticketing system, but you can also email [email protected] or visit https://rockmanorgames.com/support/.
How to complete the HIVE Pledge Manager
Step 1: Enter Shipping Information
- Fill out your shipping address and contact information
- Verify that your pledge amount matches what you paid on Kickstarter
Step 2: Confirm Pledge
- Review the pledge tier displayed (it should match what you selected on Kickstarter)
- To keep this pledge: Click “Next”
- To change or upgrade your pledge: Click “Change your Pledge”
Step 3: Select Add-ons
- Select any add-ons or extra game copies you’d like to purchase
- Note: the Glitter Gulch Expansion is already included in the Deluxe Edition
Step 4: Order Confirmation
- Carefully review your complete order before submitting
- Verify your pledge tier is correct
- Confirm all add-ons you selected are listed
- Click to finalize your order
Step 5: Final Payment
PLEASE CHECK EVERYTHING ONE LAST TIME:
- Check your selected pledge and make sure all of your add-ons are listed in the cart with the correct quantities.
- Make sure your shipping information is correct
- Make sure your shipping price and Taxes/VAT look correct.
- If ANYTHING looks amiss, please contact us!
- If everything looks correct, click submit payment and you’re all done!
