This post originally appeared on the Wasted Wilds Kickstarter project and is reposted here so that fans can keep up to date with Rock Manor Games projects.
Just a quick reminder that we have setup a support form for this Kickstarter. Please fill out the form with any customer service issues. As some of you may know, Funagain Logistics is going out of business. This company was responsible for the first wave of shipments and was our planned partner for worldwide fulfillment. We have been dealing with getting our products out of their USA warehouse and tracking down our stock in other countries (through the other providerst they partnered with)… please be patient with us as we work our way through any support issues. If you’ve filled out the support form, I promise we’re working at it just be patient.
Fulfillment Progress
Overall, we have fulfilled about 59% of the orders with the bulk of what’s remaining based in Europe. Here is a quick overview of each region’s fulfillment progress. If you have not received a shipping notification, please do not panic. Until we post an update stating Fulfillment is Complete in that region, shipments are still in progress.
Asia: Nearly Completed
We are still waiting on the final spreadsheet with all the tracking numbers for all of the different countries, but will continue to upload tracking numbers into Backerkit as we get them. I cannot imagine that there are many people left.
Australia / New Zealand: Completed
Our project manager at Aetherworks has emailed me that they have completed shipments. I’m still waiting on final tracking information.
North America: Nearly Completed
Miniature Market has only about 160 orders left to process. Tracking information has been uploaded to BackerKit and we expect them to complete these orders by the end of the week. Next week, they will start moving onto preorders and then onto customer service issues/missing items.
UK/EU: Starting Soon
Our ship arrived a bit late on February 18th. On Monday 2/27/2023, I was invoiced for the inbound shipment from the port to GamesQuest. Once everything is received and input into their system, they should be ready to start shipping out. Be sure to follow their blog for weekly updates on their current projects.
Frequently Asked Questions
For those of you that have received your games, questions have been peppering us from a bunch of different sources. First, I’d like to encourage everyone to ask their questions on BGG in this thread (if able). We will continually update the top post, so that you can check answers and print out the thread as an FAQ if needed. Consolidating your questions will definitely help us more efficiently answer all your questions. With that being said, here are a couple answers to some of the FAQs we’ve seen so far:

I made a post/guide with pictures here: https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/2919678/how-fit-all-wasted-wilds-content-legendary-edition – I encourage others to post their pictures/methodology there as well. If you have any additional questions about storage, I will monitor the thread and answer there.
