Fulfillment has started/completed in every region but North America. It’s funny that for our last campaign, EU/UK were the last ones to get Wasted Wilds and they were one of the first regions for Seas of Havoc. What goes around comes around I guess. We do have a date for North America and should have everything wrapped up by early June. More info on each region is below, but if you’re still impatiently waiting for your reward, perhaps this in-depth unboxing will make the wait that much tougher:
Asia: Wrapping Up
This region should be wrapping up this week. I have tracking numbers and will start uploading them to Gamefound to record our progress.
Australia / New Zealand: Wrapping Up
Aetherworks started shipping products about 2 weeks ago and many AU/NZ backers have received their rewards already. This region should finish up this week as well.
USA/CA/ROW: Starting May 29th
Miniature Market notified me today that they have 1500 packages left on a massive project (over 30k shipments) before us. I had a call with them this past Friday and while I’m frustrated that we got delayed another week, I’m very confident that this timetable is locked in now. We really can’t control their queue of projects and while it’s frustrating that these delays happen, it is what it is and there’s not much that we can do about it. Miniature Market estimates starting May 29th and completing June 9th. We will post another update in about 2 weeks with a status update on this region.
The UK/EU region has all packages out the door, if you haven’t received an email with your tracking number, please see our Customer Service Issues section below.
Customer Service Issues
If there’s a problem with your pledge, package, game, etc, you can always message us on Kickstarter, but we’ve also setup a helpdesk where you can open a support ticket with any issue you may have. You can also email [email protected]. Please keep in mind that we will be prioritizing everyone getting their games/rewards before addressing lower priority items like replacement parts.
