This post originally appeared on the Wasted Wilds Kickstarter project and is reposted here so that fans can keep up to date with Rock Manor Games projects.

Last weekend, we hosted a media day at PAX Unplugged and showed off Wasted Wilds and happened to make One Stop Coop’s list of top 10 games of the show:

Fulfillment Progress

Thank you all so much for your patience. We’re excited to share that the long wait is (almost) over! You should expect to see a final address verification from Backerkit in the next few days.  If you have any change of address based on the timelines/ETAs below please let us know ASAP.  The faster we turn over the fulfillment list of addresses, the quicker each fulfillment hub can start shipping out your rewards.

This is the update where I start splitting up things region by region, since the timing of when you get your game may vary depending on where you live.   The good news is that means estimated timelines are now real estimated freight arrival dates. See below for important updates for your specific region:

Asia/Oceania Backers: ETA DEC/JAN

The shipment has just been received at VFI’s warehouse. The Australian/New Zealand portion of this shipment will be sent and fulfilled by Aetherworks, so give them about a week to get organized before Asian fulfillment begins.  VFI regularly works with Aetherworks and transfers stock down to them, so I expect Aussie backers will be right after the holidays.

North America Backers: ETA FEB

The containers for North America are being loaded up on the MSC BEATRICE as we speak.  That ship has a current estimated departure of December 17th and an estimated arrival of January 7th.  Keep in mind this is likely to change some since there are still so many changes and delays in ocean lanes.  Once we clear customs, the games will make their way to St. Louis to be fulfilled out of Miniature Market’s warehouse.  Remember, that they don’t start shipping stuff out as soon as it arrives. There is typically a week or so of prep/queue time with a fulfillment warehouse before they start actually shipping rewards.

UK/EU Backers: ETA MAR

Let’s get the bad news out of the way, EU backers are going to definitely be a bit behind other regions in getting their games.  Germany has been catching 60% of imports at customs and GamesQuest advised us to pause while they figure out how to work with these customs agents and their partner warehouse.  We got an answer this week from them that we should combine the UK/EU lanes and ship everything to their UK warehouse.  European orders will ship tracked with duties paid using their Sales Agency under IOSS.  It is what it is and we’re going to move forward with their plan and just hope it doesn’t severely increase our shipping costs in the long run.  Now that we know the plan though we can finally book our ocean freight.

That’s it for now! I hope everyone has a happy holidays and a fantastic new year!
